Nathan was appointed Lead Pastor in 2013. He has worked with the ministry of Peter Youngren since 1999, after graduating World Impact Bible Institute.

Before becoming Lead Pastor of TICC, he travelled with Peter Youngren’s overseas missions ministry, and oversaw the operations of Grace TV.
